Another Jungle favorite, Clinton Portis, also up took for Woods saying, “I think he’s being treated unfair…and I think for so long, Tiger’s image was that of just a perfect person. Nobody wanted (anything else). Now all of a sudden, you go from loving this man that you admired for all these years, and you find out that he has a side woman and all of a sudden you hate him?” Again, the NFL and really the world in general are better thanks to “Sherriff Gonna’ Getcha”! But, I’m going to have to take issue with this on a couple of levels.
First, I know a number of Woods’ peers and a number of you ask, “if you’re a good husband and you’re a good dad, what’s the big deal if you quote, ‘get a little on the side’.”
That’s the thing! If you’re getting some on the side, you’re neither a good husband or a good dad…that’s the whole point! And as far as him having quote, a “side woman”…that’d be like saying, “Bruce Jenner had a little work done”.
Woods apparently was as dominant chasing “skirt” as he was playing golf. We’re not talking about a girlfriend or two. We’re talking about a girlfriend or twelve! That we know of…waitresses, club promoters, porn-stars, pros, allegedly!
He was reportedly flying them all over the world…scratching checks…and wiring them jack. That’s not one or two on the side. That’s serial! That’s the sort of the thing that gets you handles like “Infideldrick”… Philanderick”…and “Adulterick”.
Again, I’m not saying this guy is the devil, or that he won’t bounce back. Just don’t tell me that what he did wasn’t wrong, because it was. If you have that kind of game off the course, and want to kill it…fine! Don’t get married. And if you do get married, only to realize it’s the worst mistake of your life, and you’re a wife is a miserable human being, own that too! Cut your losses short and get a divorce. Just don’t tell me that guy is the victim here. And that everyone is out to get him. Because, that same media and fan base that you think are killing him now, deified him and got him paid for an entire decade!
He was arrogant, ignorant, was running around and got nailed.
The bigger they are, the harder they fall! And they will knock you down just as fast as they built you up. And if you don’t know that by now, you’re not paying attention.
